We love this piece of artwork. The product arrived quickly and the website was easy to use. The reason I gave the 3 star was due to the fact that the canvas was not stretched taught over the frame and there is a wrinkle in the bottom left side of the canvas which detracts somewhat and appears a little sloppy. Too much trouble to send back and go through the whole process, so we have kept it as is.
