Overall, I'm happy. My 2 canvas prints were packaged well & I love them. However, the shipping updates stink. I never received an email stating my item shipped. When I tracked my order on their website, it said it was still processing after several days. Then all of a sudden they are on my porch. The next day I received an email that my order shipped. I gave them a 4 out of 5 stars for a horrible tracking system.
