Fast at getting the print made and sent it's no damage. My issue is with shipping to Canada. I had to pay $30 for shipping (more than the item itself). I spent the same amount sending to NZ and it's 5 times the distance. Since you use UPS to Canada, they then charged me a ridiculous $11 brokerage fee. A fee I never had to pay in NZ. So overall I spent $28 on the print, but $40 just to receive it (not including GST and tax). Quite the rip off.
