I ordered a tryptich canvas, and the wooden frame on one of the pieces was warped. It's not super noticeable, but it did make hanging the canvas very challenging, and it wasn't warped enough to warrant the hassle of sending back and exchanging. I would order other products from icanvas again to see if this is a frequent occurrence, or of this was a one-time issue.
