Ordered 3 prints first 2 arrived in good condition 3rd was damaged by UPS driver tossing box over the fence, actually have a sign saying not to do that on the fence..Customer service for iCanvas is excellent, they sent another print to replace the damaged one. I would give them 5 stars but 3rd print was not stretched tight enough and had some slight creases that could be seen. It's a large print and I did not want the hassle of returning it.. They could improve on the packing of the prints, this box was torn when delivered by UPS also. Would do business again.
