The reproduction was terrible. Muddy, blurry, and absolutely not what I expected; the jpg showing the advert was clearer than this bad repro I got. I immediately emailed requesting a refund for these reasons. OTOH, although customer service put me thru quite a few hoops for a return, I did eventually get my money back, and they did not want the product back, saving shipping costs, resources, and my time. FWIW - it should be enough that the customer clearly explains the first time why they want/need to return an item. I did not appreciate the time wasted by the many emails I had to send back and forth restating what I had first given as my reason for return. And in the end, ICanvas realized that yes, it was a crappy product, because they didn't even want it back, it had zero value to them. I cannot see myself ordering anything from this company again.
