Overall good experience. Bought canvas print that was delivered fast and packaged well. My only "negatives" was that I thought I selected the Free Shipping option and when got invoice on PayPal, saw I was charged $5 (which is still decent for s&H, only time wasn't of the essence so was fine waiting 7-12 days for arrival). It might be because I got sent to Paypal then back again, so maybe that choice got "lost" amidst the back and forth needed to complete order.
