Product was more than I expected, truly wonderful! Item arrived in perfect condition, however: ___________ Packaging was a different story: The staples closing the top of the box had failed; consequently the top of the box was open. No packing slip or paperwork of any kind accompanied the shipment, nor was there any hanging hardware. Most important, there was no padding or barrier in between the item and the shipping box on either side. I feel lucky that there was no damage. I want to order more items from ICanvas but I'm apprehensive about this packaging issue. I have contacted them with the above information but have not received a response.
