I purchased a framed print. When it arrived the plexiglass was damaged and some of the metal hooks in the back used to hold the picture in place where damaged so the picture sat awkwardly in the frame. I contacted customer service about the issue and they would only offer me a partial refund and refused to send me a shipping label despite having sent me a damaged product! Icanvas support said they would lose too much money if they send me a shipping label. Overall I am very disappointed with the quality of my framed print and even more disappointed with icanvas support who would not send me a label to ship back a defective product. Now I am stuck with a damaged gift. Will not be buying from icanvas again.
