Every piece that I've ordered showed up on time, even before time, with the exception of one piece. The product is class "A". I would have given 5 stars, but for the canvas hanging kits included. They are aweful... 2 drywall screws to go into your walll. They should have said that. I think they should attach proper hanging devices and simply make it a chargesable option to the customer.
