I ordered a small piece mid-November. I never received it. Customer service was friendly and got back to me after a few days. They said they’d replace it but it’s been almost a week and they still haven’t shipped my order and it’s Dec. 6th. It’s a Christmas present so I’m hoping it gets here in time.
