Item ordered did not arrive before "Guaranteed" delivery date. I got no recompense for item not arriving after "guarenteed" delivery date. In otherworda their guarantees mean nothing. Update:. Changing review from 2 stars to 1 star. After complaining they said they were going to reship it and it would take "up to 7 days". 7 days have passed and they still haven't even shipped the package which was originally guaranteed for Xmas. So, company make no attempt to fix their own mistakes and instead of trying to fix their wrongs they ignore their mistake and blow you off again. I don't normally write reviews but I am beyond furious with this company now. I highly recommend you avoid this company. Mistakes happen, but when a company doesn't try to right their wrongs adequately you know they can't be trusted.
