I ordered 2 pictures , One pictured was not mounted correctly. Customer service sent a new picture out quickly. The second picture arrived quickly however it had scratches in the print. My fault I did not call customer service back about this picture, However I most likely will not deal with then again because I received two of the same pictures that did not meet my expectations. I should have called customer service back to rectify this situation.
