Bought a large-format print of a painting that was offered by iCanvas. While the quality of the product and printing were very good, the image didn't look right in the format we selected (was enlarged too much from original, as the threads of the original's canvas were very visible at the scale of our printed image). We contacted the customer service desk and they quickly arranged for a refund for the product.
