I ordered 2 canvases from iCanvas and they both arrived in a timely manner. One of the canvases was off set on the frame and I sent an email explaining the situation, they immediately sent me out a new print and asked me to discard the old one without having me ship it back. The second print ended up being the wrong color scheme, and I asked for a shipping label to return it for a refund. They told me to donate it to a worthy cause or discard it however I wanted. Then, they credited me back the cost of the canvas. Their customer service can’t be beat! I wonder how they manage to stay in business?! I can’t recommend them enough!!!
