Very quick reception of art ordered, though it did not fit where I thought I would use it. I emailed for directions for return. Almost immediately I received a very kind response stating that iCanvas would credit my account for the item cost AND! shipping expenses, though they did not want me to return the item. Retail on-line or in-store service does not get any better than iCanvas.com!
