I had a wonderful experience with this firm. After purchasing a used kite it arrived in only a few days, well packaged and in top shape, as described on the website. It only had a minor issue with the main valve, which was promptly replaced by the shop with a cost refund in only one day! Super fast and effective customer service! I would buy again over and over.
