Don't use this company to get a work/holiday visa. The fine print says they charge $500 per hour and are NOT authorized to issue Australian visas. You can get the visa all on your own for FREE by going to the government website: homeaffairs.gov.au After losing $1,950 to this worthless company, it took me 30 minutes to apply for my visa on my own...for free.
