SCAM SCAM - This company operate a high pressure sales tactics and prey on the emotion attached to families and individuals looking to start a new adventure in Australia, they have awful reviews on multiple platforms where people have lost THOUSANDS of pounds to this company, specifically check Reddit forums. They asked me to place a deposit after I had explained I wanted to take some time to consider proceeding and discuss with my wife. I specifically asked if the payment could. be refunded to which their rep confirmed it would be. within 24 hours I contacted them to cancel and refund to which they refused. Over the last 8 weeks they have called me repeatedly stating that they cannot cancel without me signing a document. The document if signed prevents you from leaving negative reviews about the company. Another scare tactic and completely immoral. If you need a red flag to put you off using this company let it be that when I spoke to them most recently they offered to refund 50% of my money if I signed the document and didnt leave a negative review. I feel ashamed I was able to be bamboozled into paying a refundable deposit however I hope one of the many reviews I will be leaving help others make better decisions.
