The team and the driver are super nice! I have donated many bags of clothes, shoes and books and I sealed each bag and labeled them. Because I hurt my hand and I couldn’t take them to the local charity store, icollect is super convenient and helpful. I felt bad I couldn’t help the driver to load everything to the van.
I’d recommend everyone to seal their bags and label them, so it’s easier for the team to categorize the items :)
