We bought 6 Stefan dining chairs and are pleased with what we got. The buying experience was pleasant starting with customer service that actually picks up the phone on the first ring - no elaborate automation hurdles to get to a human being. I think it was Adam who gave us all the detail we needed about the chairs without any over the top salesy talk - very matter of fact, informative and accurate. The chairs are solidly built and came fully assembled - no assembly required. The delivery was white gloved - i.e they unpacked, brought it in and put it where we wanted them. We like the look - solid, modern but not flashy.
