Have done many transactions with Zac and Alison - including buying, selling and having watches fixed and serviced. I have found them always reliable, knowlegeable, friendly, helpful and trustworthy, most recently providing an excellent repair service for a damaged Rolex when no-one else (not even Rolex themselves) would/could. Payments always quick, prices (including both buying and selling) seem fair. Would (and do!) recommend them to anyone.
