I cannot overstate how disappointed I was by the service and material provided. I signed up for a course shortly after graduating with a law degree from uni, but ended up cancelling as i found the level of tuition and communication truly atrocious. I found it incredibly frustrating and damaging to my mental health. I won't go into detail on the specifics of arbitrary/incorrect distinctions patronisingly insisted upon but I will say it was difficult to get in contact with my tutor and plenty of correspondence I received from employees was either misleading or unhelpful. A huge waste of time and money in my experience. This doesn't come close to doing my disappointment in this course justice, but I don't want to waste more of my time rehashing the numerous shortcomings I perceived.
