The iD4me team are very helpful and responsive. From sign-up to producing outcomes took only a few minutes. Found iD4me an easy tool to use and the outcomes have been very positive. The features and functions provide good flexibility and make searching, analysis and reporting straightforward. Plans available are affordable for medium to heavy workloads. a day plan would be good for low usage.
