new boiler fitted by qualified engineer. tried lighting when finished, would not light. Called ideal and there response was take it off wall and take it back to the shop. My engineer fault found the boiler, diagnosed a gas valve problem, went and got a new one, fitted it and all working. at no extra cost to me. thanks to engineer. SO STAY CLEAR OF IDEAL BOILERS AND GET A BOILER WITH SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.
