I don’t change my car often as it can be a daunting experience, but Ideal made it a refreshingly pleasant experience from start to finish. They described the car accurately over the phone and when I went to see it the car was as described and well presented. I was left to look round the car in my own time with no pressure, and they were happy to let me test drive it once I told them I was happy with the car. It was nice and quick and easy when I collected it and I have had no problems at all since. I am very happy so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
