Paid for next day delivery and it didn't turn up on time. Rang them and I did get a refund for the delivery cost with no issues. They also sent another set of curtains. Unfortunately when they arrived they weren't the right colour for what I wanted. I returned them. Free return and refund done within a couple of days. So reasonable service.
