Delivery was quick and the parcel was well wrapped. The sofa/chair covers were beautifully made and I was very impressed with them. Unfortunately, the sofa/chair I was wanting to cover was the wrong shape for the covers so I've had to return them. Ideal Textiles returns policy was very efficient and even the postage was paid for me. I would buy from Ideal Textiles again though.
