Due to a problem with the web page when the order was placed....I recieved "Pelmets" instead of "Curtains" as wquired.
On ringing to explain this I couldnt have wished for a nicer person to deal with the problem....she was friendly, polite, and most helpful and sorted things out immediately, it was a pleasure to do business with the company and will be both recommending and dealing with again
