Their follow up emails were great, checking I was happy with product or if I had any problems. I have phoned the company twice and the lovely jolly lady who answered the phone was very helpful. The product was of a very high quality, but I had to return it as I had not measured my chair correctly for the cover. The product was of fabric and colour specified. I will definitely look to do business with this company again. I's rare to find such good customer service in this day and age.
