My throw was flawed when it arrived and I emailed to let them know, they immediately offered a refund or replacement. My replacement was sent out very quickly and arrived in time for Christmas. I was really impressed by the speedy and efficient service and would recommend this company to anyone. Fantastic service and excellent value for money!
