From ringing to make an initial enquiry to receiving the 'Certificate of Destruction' email the whole process was simple and straightforward. Dan explained very clearly how the system worked and was able to assist with all enquiries. Being able to drop off sacks of confidential waste for destruction is a bonus too - we don't have to store sacks until a pick-up can be arranged. We will be using Identity Destruction Ltd again in the future.
