It's easy to invest, but it's difficult to get your money back, to the point where you start to question the legitimacy of the website. The personal advisor disappears, the phone is "no longer operative," email correspondence is slow, and there are unexpected extra steps that I wasn't told about beforehand and that need extra money and fees. These issues remain unresolved until TONELIMITED. steps in and promptly got my refund, but overall, I had a very disappointing experience.
