They partner with Vacasa (who manages VRBO properties) and they suck - Their photo ID verification process is way too sensitive - I am tech proficient and still had to take 6 versions of photos of my ID (front and back) for it to finally be considered acceptable - They need to fire the engineer who made it overly sensitive.
