Agreed with other reviewers: It's a nearly perfect kit. Everything went fine, but the adhesive strips should be bagged instead of floating around inside the box. My pixel 4a was bricked by Google. The new battery is way better than my old one (even before the software-update-of-death). I'm getting multiple days of light use from my first few charges after the replacement.
