Maybe some of the women are real & trying to connect for dating or whatnot, but several that I chatted with acted very strangely. They just string you along to get as many "coins" out of you as possible. You suggest to communicate any other way, and they all give you the same song & dance about how they want to keep going on the site without any legitimate reason why. Don't trust it. Some may even profess their love & devotion, then act all hurt & betrayed when you ask them to e-mail you.
