I think IG-canada has the worst customer support of all crypto exchanges I have used so far.
Tell me why a company handling digital currencies will have an appeal system that is not functioning. A buyer marked my order as paid with no payment made, I filed an appeal to get the trade canceled as he can't provide proof of payment. After the appeal was initiated he stopped responding and didn't supply the proof of payment to the Customers service too but instead for the trade to get canceled the customers service agent stopped responding too, 7 days now, both customers service and buyer stopped communicating with me. I was left on my own but I took the advice of my lawyer after 8 days, I took the advice of my lawyer by talking to SEEKRAIL. COM and get the report and yesterday I have my funds back.
