Great experience for me, but I am a man with a driving licence. HOWEVER, my wife, unfortunately had a different experience. They will not accept my wife as an investor because, suffering from arthritis as she does, she doesn’t have a passport or a driving licence. No other company from which we have bought bonds over the last 20 years or so has had such a rule. There must be thousands of disabled people out there who would put money with this firm if only they were allowed to. Shame on this company! PS I am an unsure of the date of my last attempt to arrange an investment with them for my wife and I have no inclination to go searching through my records - it was sometime around July-October as far as I can remember. Unfortunately your screen insists on an exact date so I have entered a guessed date in order to be able to submit this review.
