My order was delivered promptly. However, one of the books had been slightly damaged in one of its corners during transit due to poor packaging. Costumer services were very good about it: after phoning them, they sent me a new replacement book which arrived the day after I complained. Prompt and friendly service made up for poor packaging and the fact that the books had to be thoroughly cleaned before use as they were covered with a film of dirt/dust.
