I liked the web site, it was clear and easy to use. Everything went smoothly, regarding the ordering, which was good. My one request would be to have a sample page of a book, if relevant. I bought a large print crossword puzzle book for my mother, and although the clues are big enough, I'm not sure that the actual puzzle will be.
