There was an initial hiccup with allocation and delivery and unfortunately we had to chase up our order ,however the issues were very quickly resolved by Alex at Igloo Books who went that extra mile to ensure we got our books on the very next day and happily before our new business launch ,we are very pleased with the great value books and the children will love them .We would have no hesitation in ordering from Igloo books again. Great customer service!
