I have NOT received my books. After I placed the order, I received an email from a representative, TOM, from your company stating my order showed that I click on United Kingdom. I didnt click on United Kingdom at all. There was a confusion on my end. I have sent 3 emails since then to that gentlemen by the name of TOM I have NOT receieved an email from him at all. I WANT to know what is going on with my order. I WANT to know what is going n with my order!! I want confirmation that you received my order.
