The books arrived rattling round in a loosely taped cardboard box. They were dirty and could have been second hand judging by their condition. Two were dented . These were for my grandson of 16 months and I was very disappointed. Nothing like the service I have received from Amazon. I had to wipe them all with a cloth before I could even use them! I will not be using Igloo books again.
