Excellent customer service! The book I ordered was out of stock and I was emailed straight away and got offered two others as a replacement. I received the parcel the very next day! It was also well packaged as I asked for it to be left outside and was pleased it was in a plastic bag as it was raining! The books I bought are a gift so fingers crossed he'll love them!
