I ordered a children's book which was delivered two days later. Neither I, nor any neighbours were available to take the parcel. A delivery note advised of alternatives to normal delivery, with a retry the following day. As promised, the book was delivered the following day. Packaging was exceptionally good, sturdy but not difficult to unwrap. I was extremely pleased with the service and would use it again.
