I Ordered a few books as gifts, the state of the books I received did not look good enough to pass on to someone else as a present. They we're scuffed and scratched and the corners slightly bent. One of the noisy nursery rhymes books the buttons did not work the tabs were knocked out of place. I was very disappointed. I replied to ask for exchange or refund as there was no instructions provided with the packaging. it's been 3days and I am still waiting for a response from customer services.
