This was my 1st order from this company, they promised next day delivery which is very important to me my order arrived next day before 11 am. There was a stock issue with one of my products I received a timely email notifying of the issue telling me what they proposed to do to resolve the issue which it did. I have been trading online for 6 years now and can honestly say on their service so far I would thoroughly recommend them to any one looking to buy good quality books at a very competitive prices.
