Fantastic service. Due to being let down by another company, I made an order for a service wash first thing Tuesday. I doubted whether they'd actually turn up but within 10-20 minutes I'd received confirmation, a welcome email and a text just checking that we were still OK for a pick up at the agreed time. The pick-up driver arrived on time and took 4 bags of washing away. They were return on time, the next day, all carefully folded in bags for future use. Absolutely excellent service, reliable, and kept me updated at all times via email, text and updates on the app. Superb! Will use again.
