Had a horrible experience with Ihateironing. They picked up the laundry but when it came time to return it they lied and stated the office was closed, then came the following day and wanted us to come downstairs and get our own laundry since they could not park. We are a medical office and had no one available to come down. They said it will only take 5 mins well then come bring it up if that is the case.
