Sent a pair of curtains to be dry cleaned, they came back shrunk (6 / 7 cm), hooks were missing and lining ripped. They collected the curtains to assess the damage, they came back a week later, looking worse than the first time.
So far no response from IHI. Great app, poor execution. It seems more customers have fallen foul of IHI, after the large bill, I will eagerly spend some more money taking these clowns to court for the damage on our high end curtains!
